Section 124
Not to cause public nuisance
(1) Except as otherwise provided by law, no one shall do any work or cause any kind of harm, loss, damage or danger to the neighborhood or general public by doing any work or doing any work required to be done according to the law.
(2) A person who commits an offense under subsection (1) will be fined up to twenty five thousand rupees.
